8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Any dispute will be initially resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
