Social Media Usage Policy

Athena Group

At Athena, we believe in clear, ethical, and responsible communication. That’s why all our Athena Global Consultants (CGAs) and affiliates must adhere to the following policies when representing our brand on social media, digital platforms, or any other public media.

1. Unrealistic Income Claims

It is prohibited to post content that suggests earning income with Athena is easy, guaranteed, or immediate. Any mention of income must be moderate, realistic, and based on verifiable personal results. The FTC and other regulatory agencies may penalize both the company and the affiliate for misleading claims.

You may say: “With effort and focus, it’s possible to generate income with Athena.”
You may not say: “Earn $1,000 in your first week without doing anything.”

2. Screenshots and Earnings Promises

Avoid posting screenshots of earnings, backoffice graphs, or guaranteed income promises on social media. Results within the Athena ecosystem, including BusinessPlace, depend on many factors and may vary. Sharing numbers out of context can create false expectations and trigger regulatory investigations.

3. Use of Branding and Intellectual Property

The Athena Group logo, name, and design are registered trademarks and must not be altered. Modifying the logo, changing its colors, adding slogans, or combining it with external elements without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Respecting brand identity strengthens the entire community.

4. Marketing Materials and Personalized Messaging

Whenever possible, use Athena’s official marketing materials. If you wish to personalize your message, you must obtain prior written approval from the corporate team. The use of unauthorized texts, images, designs, or campaigns may lead to suspension of your rights as a CGA.

5. Ethical, Pressure-Free Sales

At Athena, we reject aggressive sales practices. Do not pressure individuals who do not understand, do not need, or cannot access our products or services. Sustainable growth is built on respect, clarity, and genuine relationships.

6. Use of “Athena” in Personal Accounts

It is prohibited to create email addresses, social media profiles, or usernames containing the words “Athena,” “Athena Group,” or similar. Misuse of the brand may cause confusion, damage the ecosystem’s reputation, and violate intellectual property rights.

You may use: “@wellnesswithLaura”
You may not use: “@athenalaura” or “@cga_athenagroup”

Final Reminder

Athena Group actively monitors compliance with these policies. Repeated violations may result in sanctions, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.

Our community grows on the foundation of ethics, transparency, and mutual respect. Every CGA embodies the vision of a new way of living, which is why consistency in communication is essential.
